July 27th Sound of Music: Wildflower Vintage Portraits
The first photoshoot will be located amongst Colorado's Wildflower Capital. This town is known for the vast blooms of wildflowers in July. Crested Butte a bit off the beaten path offer views of 12-and-13 thousand foot mountains, cattle ranches, and dense wilderness. The town is relatively quiet but can bring in tourists for the wildflower blooms. Crested Butte also has a free shuttle for transportation. Crested Butte offers a beautiful average high of 75 degrees offering the perfect hiking weather for our photoshoots. Be prepared for an early morning hike to beat foot traffic.
The outfit inspo is flowy earth toned dresses so that they don't clash to hard with the wildflower colors, of course feel free to wear whatever you'd like!
July 27th FlowerTop Portraits at Lake Irwin Waterfall
Only about 30 minutes from our little town of Crested Butte is where Lake Irwin is located. This short trail offers many waterfall opportunities. Lake Irwin sits at 10,200 feet with staggering views of the Ruby Mountain Range. Its only accessible in the summer months making this location super one of a kind. This will include our fun hike of the day as well so be prepared with shoes that are made to get wet and hike in!
